So are you looking for instructions on  how to setup or join a conference call?

This is a very good question. For the most part, most conference call systems are similar, and they follow the below guidelines.

Setup the conference call

One of the conference call atendees will have to be the host. If this is a corporate conference call, it's more then likely the host will be the parent company, and the atendees will be the clients or the sister corporation that is calling into the conference call. As each member of the conference call joins, they will state who they are so as they join the call, the other atendees will know who is present or absent.

Join the conference call

Atendees of the conference call will dial up a specific number and enter a password in order to join the call. As each person joins, a voice will say who has joined. When all the atendees are present and accounted for, roll call can begin to verify all atendees are present.

Start discussing the issues at hand

And you're pretty much ready to go at this point. You can begin the conference call; talking about the issues required. Just be sure to keep a conference call transcript so you can check back on the call later.
